For a year, we worked with the UX/UI Design, Development, and QA teams, as well as our client, to redesign the BICE Vida website.
My main tasks included:
Data Analysis: I analyzed data from the old website using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Semrush, and other platforms to determine what needed to be changed or retained for the migration. During this process, I shared insights with the design team and added comments in Figma to help improve aspects of their designs based on the data.
Keyword Research and UX Writing: I conducted keyword research, including competitor analysis, to identify high-performing keywords and those that needed to be added. I then applied this information to UX writing during the design phase.
Content Management: I migrated most of the content from the old website to the new one, ensuring improvements in keyword optimization and syntax.
SEO Setup: I managed the initial SEO setup for the website, including configuring headings, meta tags, alt texts, checking page speeds, and more.
